Marketing Operations & Data Specialist
London, United Kingdom | Hybrid | Permanent
About the role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & Data Specialist to lead on CRM, data, automation, and internal processes that support execution across marketing, sales, and member engagement. You’ll work across HubSpot (including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, data hygiene, reporting and automations) and Airtable (data structure, interfaces, and cross-functional workflows), helping ensure these systems are structured, reliable, and fit for scale. We use Airtable as a central database and workflow tool for planning and coordinating activity, knowledge capture, and reporting, among other things.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Operations and working closely with our new Marketing Manager, you’ll strengthen the systems and data infrastructure behind the scenes – helping the team move faster, coordinate more easily and reduce friction. Through cleaner data, smarter workflows, and more consistent execution, you’ll play a key role in enabling the business to scale effectively.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, ideal for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in marketing operations, CRM or process-driven roles – especially within small, fast-moving teams.
