RLN BUSINESS PRINCIPLES

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

RLN does not tolerate bribery and corruption. To comply with bribery laws, we must avoid making or receiving any “improper payments” either directly or indirectly to or from another commercial party, government employee or official and keep accurate books and records so that any payments are honestly described and not used for unlawful purposes.

An “improper payment” is giving someone a financial or other advantage to encourage that person to perform their functions or activities improperly or to reward that person for having already done so.

As part of this we will ensure that all gifts and hospitality given or received are reasonable and proportionate to the situation.

RLN BUSINESS PRINCIPLES

Competition and Fair Dealing

RLN competes vigorously, but also fairly and in compliance with competition and antitrust laws. When representing RLN, we shall act with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Our conduct will be fair and transparent. RLN shall avoid all arrangements which constitute unfair trade practices.
