Small group discussions
Tailored collaboration can also take the form of small group discussions, enabling you to speak with several organisations about your challenge or goal.

Improving business continuity in retailers
A retailer wanted to know how other organisations in their industry had simplified and prioritised their business continuity management. Their engagement manager facilitated a small group discussion with three other retailers to share their insights and experiences.
How to embed risk appetite in decision making
An organisation wanted to know what practical tools and training peers had used to translate risk appetite into behaviours. Their engagement manager facilitated a small group meeting with two other organisations who had faced similar challenges, to provide tangible, actionable insights. The member organisation gathered further ideals for tools and training for further iterations of their approach.
Transforming KRIs into strategic foresight
One member was looking to transform their KRI suite from a backwards-looking metric to a forward-looking intelligence system that drives strategic decisions. Their engagement manager facilitated a small group discussion with other organisations in their geography to share their insights on KRIs. This collaboration with CROs added validation to the organisation's approach and allowed them to move forward with confidence.
One-to-one meetings
Tailored collaboration may take the form of one-to-one meetings, in which we facilitate direct conversations with relevant peers focused on one of your specific objectives.

Presenting quantification data of a business plan
A member organisation had completed a quantification of their business plan, and wanted insight on how their peers had presented this information to the board.
Their engagement manager facilitated a conversation with a member who had faced the same challenge.
This conversation enabled improvements to the member plan, and with recommendations included in further iterations of presentations to the board.
Validating a GRC software decision
One member organisation was looking to implement a new GRC solution, but wanted to know how other organisations had set up their systems – specifically around the level of customisation required.
We were able to facilitate a series of one-to-one meetings with other members who had implemented the same system to share their experiences.
This enabled the member to validate their decision, and move forward with their preferred supplier.
Managing consumer-related risks
A member in the transportation sector was looking to improve their risk management for customer experience and consumer risks.
We facilitated a series of one-to-one conversations with other customer-focused organisations to share their insights.
By understanding how other organisations operationalised their high-level customer risk, and report it to the board, the member was able to inform the development of a new risk operating model for their organisation
Establishing a centralised risk and compliance function
An organisation wanted to establish their centralised risk and compliance function with a business partnering model.
We facilitated a conversation with another organisation of a similar size and structure to give insight and share learnings.
This assisted the member in identifying a model they would like to use, which is now being implemented across the business.
