About the role

This is a fast-moving, hybrid role ideal for an exceptional relationship manager who thrives in a meeting-heavy environment and can track complex, moving parts without losing attention to detail.

You are responsible for the complete member lifecycle within your portfolio, ensuring senior corporate risk leaders derive maximum practical value from the network.

What your day-to-day actually looks like:

  • Proactive coordination: Setting up and managing the end-to-end logistics for virtual roundtables, interactive workshops, and 1:1 peer connections.

  • Sharp synthesis: Moderating peer discussions with senior stakeholders and translating complex collaborations into succinct summaries and email briefings.

  • Administrative discipline: Flawlessly tracking member requests, operational milestones, and action items in Airtable and HubSpot to ensure timely follow-through.

  • Network growth: Supporting sales enablement by spotting industry trends among active members and translating them into strategic hooks to assist our commercial team engage new prospects.

There is immense space within this role to grow, build team capability, and make it your own. You are joining a flexible, supportive global team where your voice matters and you will directly influence our APAC growth strategy.

About you

You will suit this role perfectly if you are:

  • A master multitasker: Someone who takes absolute ownership of their portfolio, staying calm under pressure and keeping multiple projects moving on time.

  • A flawless communicator: You pride yourself on drafting clear, professional, and persuasive emails, and you have the confidence to manage a room of executive-level peers.

  • Detail and action-iriented: Stagnation frustrates you. You possess a natural get it done attitude, strong follow-through, and excellent organisational discipline.

  • Curious & commercial: You naturally spot patterns, connect people, and love finding practical shortcuts to make things run smoother for busy risk professionals.

Background pathways: You might be a high-performing risk analyst, capability manager, or consulting researcher looking for a broader commercial edge. Alternatively, you may have a strong background in B2B account management, community engagement, executive recruitment, or intelligence analysis.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Australia. While this is a flexible hybrid role (with location flexible across major cities), some collaboration with our UK team is required via later evening calls a couple of times per week.

Skills and experience
