A Risk Leadership Network member wanted to understand how peers had successfully established a risk champion network. We facilitated a collaborative virtual meeting with relevant peers. In the course of sharing their practical insights and lessons learned, they agreed upon a simple, four-step process for establishing a risk champion network.
