A number of Risk Leadership Network members wanted to improve their reporting on geopolitical risks, so that they could make sure they were aware of country-specific factors that could present threats (or opportunities) for the business.
To support these members, we facilitated a number of bespoke collaborations with experienced risk leaders who had already successfully implemented an approach for monitoring geopolitical risk at a country level.
