Mid-tier miners maturity benchmark

A risk leader from a mid-tier global miner need to benchmark their ERM maturity against similar sized mining organisations.

To support them, we used our maturity model to assess the member's maturity, giving an objective score over 10 risk areas.

We then assessed the maturity of six similar sized miners to create a cohort average for the member to benchmark against, and a roadmap for continual improvement.
